For efficient deburring of dozens of materials and hundreds of applications. Please refer to “Applications” tab above for specific materials applications for each blade shown below.

“B” Blades are 2.6mm thick and available for applications on steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, cast iron, hardened steel, plastics, carbide, and glass.

“E” Blades are 3.2mm thick and are useful for heavy-duty applications on steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, cast iron, hardened steel, plastics, carbide, and glass.

TiN coated blades (designated by a “P”) are sold in packages of 2. All other blades are sold in packages of 10. Also see Shaviv Deburring Sets that include a handle plus blades.

Applications

“B” blades are 2.6mm thick, while heavy duty “E” blades are 3.2mm thick. Both blade styles are suitable for deburring steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, cast iron, hardened steel, plastics, carbide and glass.
