Rhodium Plating Kit – 25 Amp
Plating kit for rhodium or any precious metal.
Kit includes:
- PEPETOOLS™ IPS PLUS 25A digital rectifier with lead wires (115/230V)
- 1 lb. EarthGold electrocleaner powder for removing fingerprints and dirt (nonhazardous)
- 1 lb. EarthGold Acid Activator (nonhazardous)
- Rhodium Bath Pre-Mixed 1 gram
- Stainless steel anode for electrocleaning
- Platinum-clad niobium anode for transmitting current to the rhodium plating bath
- Three 1,000ml graduated Pyrex beakers with flexible plastic covers for holding and storing electrocleaner and rhodium solutions
- 1/2 lb. spool of copper work wire for holding items while plating
If you want to order more Rhodium separately, it is supplied as a Gesswein’s nonhazardous-shipping sulfate-type pre-mixed (210-1018, see related products below) rhodium. It is easy to use, just pour the full contents of the bottle and you’re ready to start plating.
